How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you've chosen your wedding date! Popular dates, particularly during spring and autumn, can book out well in advance. Enquiring early gives you the best chance of securing your date and plenty of time to plan your photography experience together.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! I'm based in South East Queensland and regularly photograph weddings throughout Ipswich, Brisbane, the Scenic Rim, Toowoomba and surrounding areas. Travel is included within your selected package, and I'm always happy to discuss weddings further afield.
How many photos will we receive?
Every wedding is unique, so I don't promise a set number of images. Instead, I focus on delivering a complete story of your day, capturing every meaningful moment, detail and emotion. You'll receive a carefully curated gallery with all the images needed to tell your wedding story beautifully.
When will we receive our photos?
You'll receive a sneak peek gallery within the timeframe included in your package, so you can relive your day and share a few favourites while the excitement is still fresh. Your full gallery is then carefully edited and delivered within approximately 10-12 weeks.
Can we request specific family photos?
Of course! Before your wedding, I'll ask you to provide a family photo list so we can ensure no important combinations are missed. Having a list prepared helps everything run smoothly and means you can spend more time celebrating with your guests.
What happens if it rains?
A little rain won't stop us from creating beautiful photographs. We'll work together to adjust the timeline if needed, make use of undercover locations and embrace the atmosphere. Some of the most romantic wedding photographs are taken in unexpected weather!
Can we add extra coverage after booking?
Absolutely. If your plans change or you'd like me to stay longer on the day, additional coverage can usually be added, subject to availability. I recommend letting me know as early as possible so we can update your timeline accordingly.
Do you photograph elopements and intimate weddings?
Yes! Whether you're planning a quiet ceremony with just a handful of guests or a full-day celebration, I'd love to capture your story. Every wedding deserves beautiful, authentic photographs, no matter the size.
Do you require a booking fee?
Yes. A non-refundable booking fee and signed photography agreement are required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due prior to your wedding day, allowing you to simply relax and enjoy every moment.
Can we meet before booking?
Absolutely! I know choosing your wedding photographer is an important decision. I'm always happy to arrange a phone call or video chat so we can get to know each other, discuss your plans and make sure we're the right fit for your day.
